Since established in 1990s,Shanghai Dalong Special Steel Tube Co.,Ltd has accumulated rich production experience and constantly improved the production process & quality with a key position in the stainless steel manufacturing industry. We have eight LG60 cold rolling machines, one LG120 cold rolling machine ,one LG420 cold rolling machine, two sets of cold drawing lines, one roller hearth furnace, three straightening machines, four groups of pickling pools, five polishing machines. Besides the regular production equipments, we have patented whirlwind steel peeler which independent development and ten inner-grinding machines which can remove defect of tube efficiently and so on. Those most advanced equipments greatly improved the productivity and yield; the annual output can reach 10000 tons. At the same time, we have a professional physical and chemical inspection center such as hydraulic testing machine, ultrasonic testing, eddy current flaw detection, the physical and chemical examination, spectrum analyzer, metallography analyzer,etc.Company technical department is guided by technical staff of the national premium-brand BaoSteel , in order to ensure to obtain the latest technical training and guidance synchronization with premium-brand manufacturers.
